Scott Fitzgerald said to his daughter, Scotty, “Some have it, most don’t, you DO!”
How do u know that ur back on a right path? Cos all beautiful people u loved, appear again and walking beside you…so naturally…as the time has ever passed by. And some new , but with very same light in the eyes, appear. So naturally, as they have been there all the time. Maybe they were but u just haven’t noticed them. Maybe they were in parallel path, divided with silky border which has vanished due to brighter vision.
What do bring us back to the path..is the reality we want all the time around us ..just unseen, unnoticeable, cos we are trapped into mind’s fog and dust. At the moment u clean the brain, everything is back, around you and you haven’t moved anywhere. Things are just appearing, connecting themselves, associate with each other, spontaneously and joyfully, like kids play.
Isn’t than the principle of life similar as Freud’s technique of free associations used in interpretations of dreams? Your basic believes filtrate attention before you become consciously aware and they attract pictures, visions, memories, emotions, people, events which floating around you, networking in most unbelievable kaleidoscope. I like this life’s associative games…Reading last time about Giordano Bruno, i took a deeper look into his influence on current science … found throughout “The many worlds interpretation” theory his author, Hugh Everett , who’s son is front-man of band Ells.
And here is their video, directed by my fav director Wim Weders:
From Wikipidia “”Others yet see in Bruno’s idea of multiple worlds instantiating the infinite possibilities of a pristine, indivisible One a forerunner of Everett’s Many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics”.
“The many-worlds interpretation or MWI (also known as relative state formulation, theory of the universal wavefunction, parallel universes, many-universes interpretation or many worlds), is an interpretation of quantum mechanics. Many-worlds denies the objective reality of wavefunction collapse. Many-worlds then explains the subjective appearance of wavefunction collapse with the mechanism of quantum decoherence. Consequently, many-worlds claims this resolves all the “paradoxes” of quantum theory since every possible outcome to every event defines or exists in its own “history” or “world”. In layman’s terms, this means that there are an infinite number of universes and that everything that could possibly happen in our universe (but doesn’t) does happen in another.”
Hugh Everett III (November 11, 1930 – July 19, 1982) was an American physicist who first proposed the many-worlds interpretation (MWI) of quantum physics, which he called his “relative state” formulation. He left physics after completing his Ph. D., discouraged at the lack of response to his theories from other physicists. He developed the use of generalized lagrange multipliers in operations research and applied this commercially as a defense analyst and a consultant, becoming a multi-millionaire. He was married to Nancy Everett née Gore, with two children, Mark Oliver Everett (frontman of the band Eels) and Elizabeth Everett.
“Everett’s daughter, Elizabeth, suffered from schizophrenia and committed suicide in 1996 (saying in her suicide note that she was going to a parallel universe to be with her father), and in 1998, his wife, Nancy, died of cancer. Everett’s son, Mark Oliver Everett, who found Everett dead, is also known as “E” and is the lead singer and songwriter for the band Eels. The Eels album Electro-Shock Blues, which was written during this time period, is reflective of these deaths. Mark explored his father’s work in the hour-long BBC television documentary “Parallel Worlds, Parallel Lives”.
…. another Eels video, so beautiful song, so right to go in bed
